As you may know, I’m on the lookout this year for fun and unique gifts for Valentine’s Day to include in my Valentine’s Day Gift Guide. I had a chance to review Lippydudu’s Valentine’s day creation, a lemonade lip balm appropriately named “Shut Up and Kiss Me”. As you can see, the lip balm arrived in an adorable hand-stamped muslin gift bag. This would be the perfect size to include inside a Valentine’s day card!
Not only is this a seriously cute gift, the lip balm is, in a word, amazing. I live in Western NY, where dry forced air, nasty weather and ridiculous temperatures can do some serious damage to your skin and lips. It’s not uncommon for me to wake up with dry, cracked lips that can get pretty painful.
Lippydudu’s lip balm was a great cure! The lip balm went on nice and smooth. It was definitely not greasy at all – it left my lips with a smooth and silky feeling. It’s taste was was very light and natural – it was a sweet lemon flavor, but it wasn’t too overpowering. Best of all, it soaked into my lips and made them super smooth and eased the dry and cracked feeling!
Another awesome, awesome thing about LippyDudu’s lip balm? No harmful chemicals, preservatives, or other gross stuff! I recognized every single ingredient: beeswax, sweet almond oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, argan oil, cocoa butter, lanolin, flavor oils, vitamin e. This is a product that you can feel good about using yourself or allowing your children to use!
